Cancellation Policy
To confirm your catering reservation, 100% payment is required upfront at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled service to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, as products and staffing are prepared in advance. By placing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
